サントリーの清涼飲料７up(セブンアップ)のCMで、ディープ・パープルの名曲、Smoke On the Waterが使われています。
以前、サントリーの他の製品でもこの曲のカバーが使われていました。
もはやサントリーさん御用達の１曲です。

古い曲ですが、意外と生徒は知っているようですネ。
ただ、歌詞は、自分たちのレコーディング風景を描いたもので、内容も突拍子がなく、あまり身近な感じはしません。
授業では、チラッと１回だけ聴かせるぐらいしか、ないかも知れませんネ。
ギター少年の生徒がいれば、目を輝かせるかも知れませんヨ。
